Today we would like to introduce you to the Joselito’s establishments in Madrid with a special emphasis on the recently opened Joselito’s Velázquez, an exclusive space in a vintage yet contemporary style that focuses on the high quality of the Joselito Iberian products and natural seasonal ingredients included in the menu.

Joselito blends culinary delight and knowledge in a distinguished bistro conceived around the world of Iberian and noble seasonal products: Joselito’s Velázquez.

It is an innovative culinary experience in which you can enjoy the exclusive natural Joselito products in multiple ways in a privileged location in the Spanish capital.

It is a majestic building that combines a vintage design with a contemporary touch where all the gourmet possibilities of Joselito are elaborated, always offering the best quality: a deli-shop combined with haute cuisine. Shop/Bar

The shop/bar welcomes us, where the customer can not only acquire but also try the delicacies that we offer: the best ham in the world and internationally renown Joselito Iberian charcuteries.

Dining Room

This dining room is a place where taste meets quality and the pleasure to experiment with the exquisite Iberian flavours. Here all delicious dishes on the menu are elaborated with first class natural seasonal ingredients, including Joselito Nude during the “Montanera Season."

Tasting Room

This room is the cherry on top off the gastro boutique, the cellar or tasting room, situated on the lower floor of the store where sensations take on another level. The atmosphere, located in a former brick coal cellar converted into a private room dominated by a clean white table that is accompanied by a glass cabinet in which the best Vintage Joselito Hams and the knowledge, experience of over 150 years of family tradition are stored. Without the shadow of a doubt, this space is ideal to host the most exclusive events, wine or Ham tastings. In short, a perfect cellar for storing Hams converted into a private dining space.

A very special space where you can live unforgettable moments during which flavours, textures and smells interact. Joselito offers this experience in each artisan Iberian Ham elaborated through a controlled process from beginning to end. In this tasting room you can enjoy a so-called “vertical tasting”, during which the Joselito experts guide the dinner guest through a cultural fusion of sensations. A privileged trip to discover the value of a product that marks a difference with its exceptional quality (100% natural, gluten and lactose free, low in calories and healthy), declared the best ham in the world.

This incomparable scenario, fully equipped with sound, lights and a flat screen with the best acoustic conditions is of multifunctional nature: the dinner guest is immersed in an involving experience in which if she/he wishes can also enjoy culinary seminars, presentations, breakfast, lunch, dinner, private celebrations, meetings…

JOSELITO’S Narváez:

JOSELITO’S Narváez, a global culinary offer based on the world of Iberian products of top quality. The first store with a Joselito sampling bar that has achieved great success in a cozy design location. Combine the best of a specialty store with an original sampling bar where the Joselito products are the protagonist of an exceptional culinary experience.

A space conceived as a meeting point between the traditional charcuterie with a very professional staff - as it could not be any other way -  catering to the distinguished taste of our customers and a bar that serves carefully selected, high-quality products.

The service of a master cutter, sandwiches, hot and cold tapas, other dishes…in short, a wide range of culinary propositions that revolve around the Iberian and with the Joselito trust guarantee since 1868.

The “Joselito Trilogy” is indispensable, inimitable, and unique in the area of Iberian products. The tasting of three Joselito Vintage Hams allows to discover different tastes, textures and smells according to the year of each piece whose colors already inform about the state of curing.

Joselito’s Velazquez

After the consolidation of the formula for Joselito’s Narvaez, the opening of Velázquez adds an extra twist to the ham and the cold cuts of the brand. It is the result of a mental and emotional vision of Joselito committed to happiness and good health.

A firm and secure bet on the high quality of Iberian products by Joselito and seasonal products served in a design bistro. During the year, the bistro will maintain an offer of great culinary level, bringing the best foods of each season to the world of the Iberian.

Available Services at Joselito’s

The culinary spaces of Joselito’s in Madrid not only offer haute cuisine that evolves around the world of the Iberian, but they also offer the possibility to do tasting courses, as well as master classes.

The kitchens of Joselito’s Velázques and Joselito’s Narváez are open all day from 10 am to 11pm, serving breakfast, aperitivos, afternoon snacks and dinners. The ideal atmosphere for company or family events, group menus, but also to enjoy an exceptional cocktail.

Take away is also an option if you wish to order the Joselito creations and enjoy them in the comfort of your own home. If you prefer you can also order a catering service made by Joselito.

Opening hours of the two Joselito’s are from Monday to Saturday, kitchen is open from 10am to 11pm.

The great value of Joselito’s

The high culinary level of the Joselito’s establishments roots from the result of the daily hard work with the manual of Joselito Lab by Ferrán Adriá and Massimiliano Alajmo, both recognized with 3 Michelin stars. It’s a unique research project that develops the ABC of Joselito Ham with recipes and new culinary innovations of the chefs just mentioned who are internationally recognized, Ferrán Adriá and Massimiliano Alajmo.
